Unhappy 1939 ford deluxe headlight???

please some one give me the length and width of the headlight lense to fit my trim ring are there two sizes of the tear drop please tell me your thoughts humbly john!

John,there are two different lenses for 39. Deluxe and Standard which were the same as the 38s. If it warms up I’ll check my lenses in my barn.

Deluxe and Mercury trim rings (bezels) are the same on 39s.

By comparison, these Measurements are for the 1939 Lincoln Zephyr Headlight.
7.25 Inches x 10 Inches. The Glasses are not interchangeable.

Hello, this discussion reminded me of some old lens doors I had laying around. Not sure what they go to. Pics are attached. I need to get rid of these but don't want to mislead anyone.

I still need the dimensions of the glass lense width and length please I already know what the trim ring is. I think the glass should be 7.5x10" correct me if I'am wrong AND DOES ANYBODY HAVE A SET TO SELL? humbly john!

This Headlight Surround is a After Market item for owners to add Sealed Beam Headlights to their 1939 Ford Deluxe.

Thanks for the feedback. If anyone wants them let me know. I have six, four are in good shape, two have been painted and a bit raggedy, but structurally good.

I will post them for sale in the classified section, next week.

Hello, I know this is a old thread but I'm wondering if you ever sold the first two headlight rims you showed (the ones w/o the turn signals in them)? I'm interested if you still have them. Thanks Reid

This is a 1937,1938, all passenger car, and 1939 standard. 1939 ford deluxe, and 1939 mercury are wider, and flatter, no peak.
