Default 37 21 Stud Crank Pulley Torque Spec

After searching the past post and looking at the Van Pelts chart, I don't see a torque spec for the crank pulley bolt. Some of the later engines in past post say 45 to 55 foot pound. Is that spec correct for the 37 21 stud. Thanks in advance Nate Anello
