Try http://www.lostmystuff.net . Volunteer searchers (metal detectorists) in your area may be able to help find the part.

Don,
I have an extra original heart shape wiper cover. It is chrome plated but has couple small dings in it. I want $25 plus $3 shipping. If interested, send me your email and I will send pics of the cover.

Regards, Harold

That style wiper was also used on other vehicles so you can sometimes find a similar wiper that has the same heart case while looking at parts at the swap meet.
