Default 49 Ford Flathead v 8

Tring to start the flathead, no spark. Where should I start?

Check the point gap. Then the condensor.

Make sure you have voltage going to the coil .

even brand new points must be polished to make them work, used to buy napa brand points/condensor and have no trouble but lately i have had to polish new points from to get them to work--

I have the best set of points and condensers ever invented —- the old Standard BLUE STREAK, and U.S.A. Made Caps and Rotors, if you would like….
