Re: Type of car
Your car may have gone through some changes since it was new. The car is a sedan coupe body but there were three trim levels in 1941 and you have to have all the characteristics to tell whether it is a Special, Deluxe, or Super Deluxe. The 6-cylinder models were generally Specials. V8 cars could be Deluxe or Super Deluxe. The nose piece on the hood is one clue and the Super Deluxe badge on the front of the left fender is another. There are a lot of other differences in exterior trim and interior trim but there were also production changes during the model year. It is complicated further on a modified car.

Re: Type of car
Nice car, get yourself a copy of the 1941-1948 Ford book from the Early Ford V8 Club, it will tell you pretty much all you need to know. Looks like a Deluxe sedan coupe. Click on my user name and look at my album, I have a few pictures of my 41.

Re: Type of car
Yes, it's a sedan coupe because it has a full back seat and the rear window open.
