Default Wheels in "Stripe - Color"

When did Henry Ford start offering Wheels in the Color of the Stripe? 1928?

Henry never did that I am aware of. They were a dealer option. But, guessing 28.

According to literature, the factories started painting wheels to match stripe by special order with the 1931 cars introduction.

The Judging Standards says Ford started offering colored wheels in June 1930.

Thank you all for the info. It matches my feelings that Henry started with the introduction of the "Deluxe" models in 1930. I'll keep the wheels on my 1929 Phaeton Black!
