This one was restored by Gordon Reed, I believe in the early eighties, and wound up in the Warshawski (J.C. Whitney) collection. The previous owner aquired it about a year and a half ago. I think the wood is mostly original, there are some things not correct on it, but if it is as solid as it appears, it should make the new owner pretty happy. Thanks to web master Rick Black (former mail truck owner and long time member of postal a's) for keeping mail trucks in the "news". We are still looking for feedback from any one interested in keeping the Postal a's S.I.G. alive and well, and/or current, past and future mail truck owners. Still looking to complete current owner list also. Thanks for the heads up on the a of the day picture........
