Default Christmas Day passing of our good friend Jim Johnston

We lost another good friend on Christmas morning - Jim Johnston of Newnan, Georgia. I have known Jim and his wife, Jackie, for roughly 15 years, and always enjoyed their company and friendship on Model A outings. Jim and Jackie were especially kind to my oldest daughter when she was first married, and offered her and her husband several very nice "excess items" from their homestead to help get them started. Jim was also a very detailed and uncompromising Model A mechanic, and restored one of the nicest Model A tudors that I have seen. He will be sorely missed, not only for his Model A prowess, but more especially for his kind spirit and friendship. I wish him well as God welcomes him home!
