Default 46 ford coupe window runs

The channels run up and down inside the window frame area. The Anti rattlers are stapled to the removable inside trim molding and the other anti-rat is attached via clips that are included in your kit. You snap in the the hole and then lay rattler strip in and crimp the jaw teeth into it to secure. The hard part is all the staples !

Still doesn't answer my question. Does the window channel in the door run all the way from the bottom inside to the where the vent divider bar attaches inside the upper part of the door? If so, why is there fuzzy anti-rattler in the door side.

It keeps the window from rattling against the door. without the anti rattle on both sides of the glass, the window glass is loose in the window frame. The channel only holds the front of the window glass and does not sufficiently support the rest of the window glass. I hope this makes sense and answers your question.
