Default 52 Ford F1 engine ground location

On a 52 F1, where is the correct engine ground location, the cable from the battery to the 8BA v8 engine?

Mine goes to one of the bolts that holds the starter plate to block.

You can hide them if you wish, but I use flat braided cable to also go from motor to frame and motor to body, I figure you can't have too many grounds.

I'm new to these Fords, but the Studebaker guys used to always say, yeah, get the ground right down to the starter on these 6v engines.

Don't forget to scrape or sand that engine paint from the area where your cable will contact the block. That bolt is sliding through the hole and is not threaded. Get the best ground possible like "nbrskn" said.
