'32 truck tailgate?
We found this in the pile of parts at my parents house. We think it's a tailgate for a '32 pickup. It's a little different than a L31 wide bed pickup and obviously not a 28-31 "A" pickup.

Sorry, but it is not a '32-'34 pickup tailgate as those have only a tight radius to the curves on the corners of the bottom

Hmm, That's pretty similar to the L31 wide bed tailgate. I'm starting to think it may be a TT express tailgate?

Check with the Model A guys, but my guess would be a Model A 1-1/2 ton express box (think Waltons TV show)
