Hi Bill, I always thought it would be a great idea to re-produce the casting section of the pop out. It could possible be made from billett aluminum and CNC machined but a die cast mold would probably be more acceptable to what an original would look like. Are you perhaps thinking of re-producing a long needed portion of the original pop out?
