Nah, my cars are 40 footers, drivers, never been in any kind of judging. That's just a really good photo, from a really good day. But they will stop correctly, as long as I drive sanely.

You are getting first class advice! Join the local eV-8 club and ask for help in inspecting it and starting it .Don't be in a hurry to take apart stuff.

What I can see from this picture is that this car is
In most part an original survivor. It may not be a museum piece
But its good enough to enjoy as is. Whatever decision you make
I’m sure will be correct to suite your expectations. If this is a car that you
Want to take to the next level just consider the expenses that come along with it
And that is up to what restoration level you chose. Enjoy your car and have fun.
