Default Wheel Chair

I am looking for a wheel chair that will fold and fit in the trunk of my 41 Coupe.
I am not crippled just can't do a lot of walking.

I have a Travel Scoot that I haul in the trunk of my 40 coupe. Lightweight (35 lbs) battery will last about 18-20 miles. Folds flat in a few minutes. It's all aluminum. I've had it at the Street Rod Nationals, Loveland, The ROC and the LARS and it worked flawlessly. it's a little pricey but well worth it.

You might check with your doctor/medical insurance. Some or all of the cost might be covered. Insurance paid for the entire cost of my wife's rolling walker. Obviously much cheaper than a wheel chair but it wouldn't hurt to inquire.

It depends on what you want. When I was a kid, my dad battled with MS. It went south quick to wheelchairs and conversion vans in the 80s. Lot of options now with chairs and hand pedal systems.

Best of luck!

I got one of these for my Father.

Fits in the trunk of a 41, but not cheap.
