Mart's 32 after the Pendine trip. Something went wrong. Big inch flatty getting hot!
Hello and welcome to Mart's Garage. In this video I investigate the running hot and coolant ejection problem on the 32 sedan.
Thanks to all who have been following the big inch flatty build and the entire Pendine series. Mart. https://youtu.be/J-2HV8k-kt4 |

Mart,
You do good work figuring out what is wrong, when you have a problem! Great watching your videos! Thanks for taking the time to do these. Inspiration for sure! Regards, Chris

Mart,
My preference are the BEST composite big bore gaskets and studs. A royal pain if a head requires removal for sure. Copper spray and immediate install. OMHO ! Charlie ny |

.
As ALWAYS....great videos from Mart, for sure! But has anyone noticed how Mart always speaks so eloquently, yet the rest of us sound like a bunch of country bumpkins? Coop/AMERICAN . |

I did not understand why you drilled a hole in the Thermostats. It would be nice to be able to check the temperature in each side of the engine. You did have several problems. Who head gaskets work the best for you? Do you push water on a hard pull? That the way I check my 35 Pickup. Overflow tank is a must I have found.I had my Radiator rodded out to be extra clean which is a must. I have 190 Thermostats in my Pickup which I like.I am running stock a 37 engine with inserts. Since 97 carb. Thanks for the film. I enjoyed it very much. Wish I was there.
