Default Spring perches

I'm trying to replace repro. parts on my 1930 Town Sedan with original parts when I find them. Are these perches original? They were taken off a 1930 sedan. One is marked with M in a circle and the number 7. The second is marked with M in a circle and the number 46 (on different side from 1st).
What do the numbers mean?

Thanks in advance.

You had different manufacturing companys. "M" in a circle is Moore Drop Forge. As far as the numbers ???? The only ones i am sure with Numbers are A-3030. Orginial part number. I have a nice pair of A-3032-B guessing on a early Ford replacement part because of the letter B..?? Only my guess..
