Default Even more Big Bemd

If you are tired of these I won't post any more.
It was a great trip. In spite of some cars overheating and gas-o-hol problems the trip was fantastic.

Post away!

It's much more beautiful than the wall to wall houses where I live.

I would be interested in hearing how new/old the radiators were and what type of fan set up was used on the A's that overheated. My wife and I did a Big Bend National Park tour on our own with my late '31 Slant Windshield 4 Door Sedan back in 1988 and was shocked that with a high one day of 114F the Model A just purred along with no mechanical troubles. We were stuck on the side of the road at one point with 2 flat tires at the same time and only one spare! Lucky that I threw a bicycle tire patch kit in the back seat and did the repair right there on the side of the road near Boquillas Canyon. Huge cactus thorns and sweltering heat! I had to stop every 5 minutes or so to rest while taking the tire apart to apply the patch.

Would love to see more pictures, like Tom says, post away!! Things like these pictures always gives us an idea of how great and beautiful North America is! (besides, we like to see the cars!) It could be our next destination.......
