Your dad set you up with that truck but left too soon...but that truck has helped to teach you things your dad would have...patience, tenaciousness, a sense of purpose and many other good character traits. My dad died when I was a teenager (40 years ago) and I swear I was sent an old Studebaker to learn mechanical skills and personal skills that he wanted me to have. You're a better man for having done this hard work.
