Default 32 ford brake cross shaft rebuild

I took my cross shaft apart today and I have found excessive wear on it does anyone make a replacement shaft?

I'm not sure that a replacement is available, but one is readily made from tubular steel stock.

I went this route about a year ago. I machined a new set of bushings out of bronze and a new shaft out of steel. Reassembled and she works great. If your concerned about wear on the bushings you can add grease fittings to the housing (I think David G told me about this) I'm going with original so I didn't do this.

Thanks all this is the route I assumed I would have to go but hoped there was an easier way. I am going to have a machine company make them and a few more sets if anyone might need them
