Default winter wood project need ideas

It is 'winter project time' again. This time the rain gutters are coming off and the wood needs to be repaired. I cannot replace it as of yet due to space and life. As you can see the front header is basically shot and the upper door sills are at the very bottom of the 2x4's that dad used. I know I will have to find an epoxy to help fill in the holes and strengthen the wood. an ideas on how to force the sills up and then nail/screw them into place? Or, how to fix the header board?

Thanks,

Mike
