Ford /Holly 94 top inlet repair
Guys need suggestions on best way to repair the threads on carb top fuel inlet where the Brass fitting screws in ? This is actually on a single barrel of a flathead 6 but is exactly the same as the 2 barrel. I do not have any other 1 barrel carbs to rob from so need to repair .
Thanks Cheers Tony |

Re: Ford /Holly 94 top inlet repair
Easiest way is an adapter and loctite/jb weld it in place.
Inlet is basicly a jic hydraulic style find an adapter going from jic to straight 1/2-20. If you cant live with the adapter ruining the original look...thread inserts or pressing in a threaded sleeve. |

NAPA sells a repair fitting with oversize threads. I used to have the p/n but am unable to find it at the moment.
edit: This may be it, no dimensions given tho: http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Ca...293_0006521244
