Default 47 Ford 1 ton truck

Guys, I have a friend with a 47 1 ton truck. He doesn't know where the jack is supposed to be, or if the truck had a jack when new?
Any ideas on jack storage?
Thanks
Jim

My 47 Tonner does not have a jack either but it definately will not go under the seat as that is where the gas tank is located.

The 47 ford 1 1/2 ton fire truck that I knew had the jack on the passenger side under the seat. It also came with all of the tools in a pouch in the same area.
