Fuel pressure
Can a 59A mechanical fuel pump’s pressure be reduced without the use of a pressure reducer?

Re: Fuel pressure
You might want to ask on the early V8 forum. If you are running stock carbs/fuel pump you should not have to.

Re: Fuel pressure
I would think that it would work, but if you are running a V8, with Strombergs or such, a regulator wouldn't be needed.

Re: Fuel pressure
You can change the spring. A lighter spring will produce a lower pressure.
