Default Anyone recognize this logo?

Anyone recognize this logo? I haven't been able to decipher it. STE? GTE? Or?

One of my hobbies is collecting flatware w/logos; airlines, hotels, restaurants, etc. I have roughly about 150 pieces, I usually get them at thrift stores for 10 or 25 cents. Still looking for one with Ford on it.

Thanks for looking.

I would search EBay flatware and see if you find a knowledgeable seller

How about one more shot right side up? You're showing it with the logo side ways.

If you don't have time to do it right the 1st time, how do you have time to do it the 2nd time?

Here it is again: I thought the first shot was right side up, a T w/stuff wrapped around it, but that's only guessing.

Two considerations, also just guesses:

1. I'd think the "correct" orientation would be vertical, i.e., the spoon bowl/fork tines/whatever at either top or bottom.

2. Rather than a logo, could it be a proof mark of some sort? Although it's more intricate than those usually are.

I have worked for some larger companies who had cafeterias and I wonder if they had silverware at their cafeterias with the company name on them
