Default Airflow Deluxe Heater

City: Sacramento
State: California
Price: $40

Late 40's or early 50's(?) Airflow Deluxe hot water heater with defroster duct. It looks to have a casted pot metal cover which is in good shape, no dents or rot, or broken pieces, a honeycomb heater core along with a 6 volt blower motor that works great and it appears as though the heater core itself doesn't leak. The name plate on it is rusty though and appeared to be chrome plated when it was new. $40 plus shipping!
Dimensions: width, 10"; depth, 8"; height, 8"; outside to outside water inlet/outlet spacing, 5 1/4"

Removed the outside cover last night and shot it with a coat of Rustoleum hammer tone paint after lightly sanding it. And yes it was originally paint the hammer tone silver when it was new. None of you guys on the east coast need a heater???

Interest has dropped off dramatically. Winter is coming soon! If you want to drive your car around this winter it might be nice to have a heater in it!

Come on really? No takers on this heater, I bet if I was giving it away there would be lots of interest! I guess $40 bucks is just too much for some people.

flatheadjohn,

You are quite the product salesman, gave me cause to smile, keep poking the bear, and someone is sure too bite back.

Sometimes you just need to be creative, glad I could at least put a smile on your face.
