Default Engine Rebuilder Mark

Does anybody recognize these marks on the crank of a nice spare engine I have? Trying to figure out who rebuilt this. It is a pretty new rebuild as it still has crosshatching on the cylinder walls and all the bearings and rods have the right clearance.

You have to realize that those markings maybe from a rebuilder who had the crank reground, rebalance or other work and the number is the crank grinder's marks. I know Rich from Antique Engine Rebuilder in Skokie stamped the letters AER and a number under the valve cover chamber on the block lower right side. A rebuilder should be marking his rebuilds in some fashion if he is reputable.

I should be more specific and say that it is a babbit engine with a green glyptal coating inside. How many guys use that?
