My Long Island neighborhood has 24 inches of snow, much more than the 5-8 inches forecast. As soon as the snow melts away, I will be driving my Model A's again.

We re vacationing in Naples, Fla and got 70* & a little wind. Not looking forward to getting back to Virginia with an unshoveled drive and walk! Recent posts talked about how good A's are in the snow. Think I'll give I'll give it a try but with my phone and AAA card close by just in case

We spend three months in San Carlos Mexico rather than deal with the liquid sun shine of the northwest. Getting home in April, dust off the Phaeton and head to our favorite coffee shop to catch up on all the going ones.

That's what we were doing until yesterday.. I made a comment on one of Tom W's post last week on his snow blower. ""I said what's that white stuff""I think I jinxed us

I am thankful for my snowblower. It does not get a lot of use, but when it does, it really does!

We only got about 12" here, which is enough. Thankfully it was a dry snow so we did not lose power with trees coming down on the power lines, which usually happens and can be off for a couple of days. two years ago I invested in a new Holland 55 HP 4WD tractor with a bucket and a scraper blade, now snow is not a problem, between the tractor and snow blower we are in great shape. I live in a rural area and my DW is about 200 yds long. At 70 didn't want to chance a medical problem trying to move all that global warming.. Now for the salt to wash off the roads so I can start driving the As again, just got a '31 AA to go with the '29 Coupe and '29 CCPU and am itching to motor it down the road. You all be careful shoveling that snow!
