Default Fuel Pumps.

Would anybody know what is the correct model of Ford V8 that these fuel pumps fit. One is much smaller.

Ian,
In terms of V-8 Club Judging, the LH is 11A-9350 1941-46 (similar but different from the 68-9350 used 36-40) and the RH is 1934-35 and as charlie said if clocked differently it would be a 60hp

Ah, now I see the tabs on the cap. Didn't see them at first glance.

Michael, I thought the difference between the 68-9350 and the 11A-9350 was the height of the outlet port, which we can't see in Ian's picture. What is the difference you can see that identifies it as an 11A-9350?

Thanks,

Thanks,
The 11A's had the tabs on the cap, and a very slight recess for the screen. I can just see just enough of the outlet in his photo to ensure that it is a 11A. Taking it apart would verify as well as the 11A's used caged check valves whereas the 68's did not. It is my belief there is two versions of the 68 pump, one with the petcock, and one with a slotted drain plug as I have encountered numerous of both, but I am not sure when the change encountered or if it was simply just two different suppliers to Ford.

Thank you. Attached is a photo of some of my fuel pump cores. I have added part numbers to them as I think I understand them.

What do you mean by the 1934-35 fuel pump being clocked differently for 60hp engine, how do you accomplish that.
