Bill Bolhen makes an aluminum 21" wheel that could be easily adapted. Not sure if the price would scare you but there are era-authentic looking aluminum wheels available.

I left the options open to get a broad spectrum reply. I like the ones posted for the model T, wondering what my choices are. I am trying to make a speedster, but I want to do it nice. So many look like they found a chassis, but could not afford a body.

I was actually thinking the exact same design, the full disc. I had a nice steel set of 21s that I sold for $200. Personally I really like the way the full discs look on a speedster. Thanks for checking out my site, most of the pictures are really old.
