Default FAM rubber replacements

I'm replacing the rear rubber mounts on my FAM mounts and need to raise the rear of the engine a couple of inches, where would be the place to place the jack ? have put it under the nut in front of the bell housing in the past but fear this is putting great stress on the drive gear.Any suggestions are welcome...thank you for your help in the past.

Old phone book is right. Do they even print those things anywhere any more?
