i have a 32 axle with stuck pins i have used heat to no avale thay will not move if it was not a 32 i would not try have not tried to drill i think drill bit would just burn up do not want to bugger up the ends what to do

Remove the axle and wishbone from the car.Take to a shop that has a big press.James

What type of "heat" did you use? I have yet to see king pins that an acetylene torch would not heat up enough to remove...

i used acetylene torch nice and red moved 1/16 inch stoped i will take it to sume one that has a press

Ray, I hope you did not get the axle to red, you just weakened the steel

When I did my 39P/U no movement with pb blaster or nockout. Palmer spring here in Portland pressed out the king pins and perchbolts.

The guy who pressed them out said on my axle they used about 20 tons before the king pins moved and near 80 ton

before those perchbolts moved. LOL, Scott.

There was a thread a while back that discussed various "penetrating oils." It appears that the best is a half and half mixture of acetone and automatic transmission fluid. I tried it with varying success on rusted in front perch bolts. I had the best results mixing the oil with heat. (Do it outdoors 'cause you'll get some smoke and flames.)

go to a shop that does truck work ask fi you could borrow a king pin puller yes there is such a tool tell the owner you want to rent it & will leave a dopsit

The acetone evaporates very rapidly,
so you better keep adding acetone quite often.

Look, it's a silly question but worth ruling out - You have removed the cotter pins havn't you??
