Default Model A front and rear Juice brakes

City: Jacksonville
State: NC
Price: 400

price 400 plus shipping.
no paypal please, MO only.

I have front and rear brakes thats been modified to fit on to original Model A front and rear suspension.

The front brakes consist of 1928-1931 model A spindles thats been cleaned and come with a good pair of kingpins also included with the spindles is the spacer kit to fit later hubs on it (one of the backing plate spacers cracked).
The front backing plates are from an f1/f100 1948-56 backing plates thats been plugged and redrilled to fit Model A spindles. (in order for a successful swap you need the new bearing swap which is not included)
The front backing plates have no internal hardware besides the top screw pins

The rear backing plates are from a 1942-48 front car/truck rear end. 1/8 inch has been hand grinded off the lip of both backing plates to fit onto the original model A rear end.
In order to to fit these onto your Model A rear end, they would have to be flipped (i perfer the backing plates that are upside down instead of rotated because its easier to run the lines and your e-brake tube will be straight instead of kinked,) also for a successful fit, you would have to grind an 1/8 of an inch off the drums (drums not included)
The backing plates have all the complete hardware, its just not in the picture

everything sold as is, without any returns or refunds.

here is a before picture of the rear backing plates, they do come complete with all the internal hardware.

these backing plates are the self energizing type, and you can also use 66 ford internal brake parts and have them self adjusting too.....these backing plates are way better then then 1940-48 car/truck backing plates.

also, most people like to use later 40-48 spindles....but i like the original Model A spindles because of the fact that the drag link and steering link is located on top so if you have a dropped axle, you wont have any clearance issues like you would with the later spindles 40-48 where the drag links are located at the bottom and would hit the axle.
