Default Radiator cap

What is the difference between 28-29 and 30-31?

28-29 is screw on and 30-31 is 1/4 turn.

I was lucky enough to find a 30-1 Model A cap at the second had store last week. An open end wrench might show up once or twice a year, but a good original cap is just plain luck.
