Wondering if anyone has found the perfect side view mirror location ? I'm currently using the peep mirrors mounted above the hinge area on both sides & the passenger side is basically useless, thought about the available extensions & or mounting the mirrors above the door, didn't really want to relocate them with respect to the paint issue, however one or both remedies mentioned may be my only option. I would really like to use the hinge mounted mirrors but again a paint issue is of concern with respect to those nasty hinge pins.
