I found a drawing of the 35-36 pickup cab wood block but the clarity is poor and the dimensions are not legible.
Do you have a legible copy to share?

I don't have a drawing but I do have the wood blocks from my '35. I'll be glad to send you some pics and dimensions later this week when I get back home if you don't get any other responses.
