Default Parts Unknown

Found. Any insight is greatly appreciated. I assume the T wrench is a lug wrench. It has "C.C.M." stamped in several places and is 6 point x 1". The Wells switch is NIB. The condensor?? is unknown condition, it's in what appears to be its original box.
Thanks. Tom

I doubt the wrench is a lug wrench due to the short handle. The condenser and the switch are both aftermarket items, and are clearly identified on the boxes.

That wrench is a fancy-dancy, early-days sparking plug wrench! And the condenser is '32-'36 Ford right on the box. DD

With respect to Coops I don't think the wrench is for spark plugs as it does not appear to have enough hollow area to clear a plug. What size is it a/f?

The condenser is as indicated on its box except for the late '36 distributor with the flat top ignition coil.

Wasn't "CCM" a brand of hockey skates?

Got to thinking about the T wrench. I pulled a plug out of the '32 engine and compared it to the wrench. It does not fit inside either by length or socket size. C.C.M. is rather crudely stamped in 5 different places begging the question was this perhaps the initials of the original owner? My Grandfather was a pipefitter during WWll at the Bremerton shipyard then later at Hanford Nuclear site, retiring in the '70's. Was this perhaps a special wrench used in industrial pipe fitting that he somehow ended up with? This tool has been there for as long as I can remember and I was born in '58. I don't ever remember my Dad using it. The mystery remains.....

What is no mystery is that any condenser that old should never go on a car that you expect to drive further than from one side of the museum to the other. It might pass a capacitance test cold, but is quite likely to fail after a few heat cycles.

Now that you mention it, it does look like it could be a specialized bicycle tool. That would explain the small amount of leverage for such a large hex.

I just can't picture a 1"-sized nut anywhere on a bike. DD

The largest nut on a ccm bike is the wheel axle nuts that are 15mm.
