Default Model b bearings

Has anyone seen conventional bearings used in a model b engine in place of the babbit? Thanks

Hi,
I used the newer style replacement insert bearings in my B engine build. I purchased them from Snyder's. Had a local shop do the engine machining work to fit these in place for the mains and the rods too. New rods are required for this conversion. I am very happy with the engine at this time too.
Good to see another 32 Dump out there too! Ok maybe you dont have a dump? I seen your post on a A engine and a B tranny.
Regards,
Chris and Cheryl

If it was the blue one at Hershey, that's a seriously nice truck.

Thanks. I didn’t have one call on it. I will work on the cab this winter and try selling again in the Spring.
