Help please. I tried calling MAC's parts with no help on parts. Their "Ford Guy" retired. I was looking for door window channel sticks to replace the felts with. My old channels look OK. I think that I can get away with just cutting the universal sticks to proper length. Does anyone know which would be the best to use? MAC numbers that I was looking at are: V45983vv, V459893ww, V45983xx. All are 5/8" at the back of channel. VV is 1/2" deep, WW is 11/32" deep, XX is 9/16" deep. I don't have any of the old channel to measure for reference. They are all 60" long cut to length as needed. Who else does anyone use besides MAC's?

Have you tried one of your local glass shops? I've built 4 32 pickups and just used straight sticks cut to length I got from my local glass shop.

I think Mac's would be my last choice for parts. C&G shows window channel kits.

I bought window channels for my 34 BB from Steele Rubber Products. They worked well.

C&G actually helped me get the window channel from MAC's. They looked up the NEW number for the channel sticks from MAC and checked stock. C&G did not have channel sticks. So I called MAC back with the new number, spoke to Patrick. He found the parts which they had 19 of and shipped them out. Got them Christmas eve. Now if only MAC's own staff could find them. Thank you C&G and thank you Patrick.
