Default Transmission bands

Have '13 T. I'm sure there is a post for changing the transmission bands. I have not been able to find one. Would like some direction where to find reliable info to do this. can this be done with transmission installed or does it have to be removed. and what special tools would be needed. Thanks!

It's time to get a copy of the "Model T Ford Service" book. Chances are you will need to pull the hogs head unless the low speed shaft has been modified and removable ear bands (quick change) have been installed. Do a search of "Changing Ford Model T Bands" you should get a number of hits.

Thanks guys. I am looking forward to doing this. Will let you all know how long it takes. Al;so - referencing stuffing rags and remembering how many etc.. I was doing a timing gear change on a 289 - stuffed a rag in the fwd portion of oil pan to keep things from dropping in the oil pan and left a rag. Well later -no oil pressure - imagine That! Oh the younger days.
