On my 35 ford I had same problem I just ground the heads off to screws took window frame off on some I was able to grab with needle nose vice grips and work them back and forth to get out others o ground flat and just redrilled them

Also amazingly enough toilet bowl cleaner eats rust but don't use it on aluminum. It will run you out of the garage from fumes

Yes, they did a very nice job. The frame gave a lot of trouble and now the Regulator is giving me problems. I,m now looking for the gears for my Regulator - one of them is broken.
