Default 32-38 Ford bed side pieces

Has anyone shortened a late `31 to `38 Ford bed and still have the left over bed side pieces?

I have some pieces cut from a 35-36 bed that are 6-8" long. Let me know if you're interested.

I have a few left overs about 10 inches long from 35 36 and 37 beds and I have a complete 32 bed but is a little rough
