THIS 1931 MODEL A FORD IS A SLANT WINDSHIELD FORDOR (4-DOOR).
Asking $5,750 ~ MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER! YOU MAY OWN IT!
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT 'A' FOR RESTORATION OR IT WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT RAT ROD.
IT IS DRIVEABLE AS IT SETS, BUT NO LIGHTS OR REGISTRATION!
NO RUST-THROUGH IN USUAL PLACES ON THE BODY!!
I was told that the chassis was restored by an eighty-plus year old man who passed away prior to finish building a Model "A".
The original 4-cylinder engine runs good, reportedly rebuilt by this man, but I cannot verify.
The brakes work well (with new brake shoes) and the original 3-speed transmission shifts like a Model A should.
The body is from a friend who bought a finished "A" and decided not to do this one. All the hard-to-find parts are there ~ the trim under the windshield, the panel at the bottom back of the car, etc.
We have a complete, used interior for the car, including seats, door panels, trim welting, the headliner and front & rear carpet (shown in some of the pictures).
The only glass in the car is the rear window.
