Default Auction results in Varina Va.

This is a small portion of what I brought home
Yesterday. Some of it will be a Mid Atlantic pre war swap meet on Friday.

Nice haul ! I'd be interested in the rectangular script Model T generator cut-out in the first photo. Would you mail to Washington State ?

I need to service, adjust and test the cutout first. I want to make sure it works properly first. If I can get it done in time. I'll bring it to Luray on Thursday.

All those carbs!
Back when I was age 6 my dad would always bring me home a $1 Zenith Carb to play with and squirt water in. That's how it began. By age 8 I had my 1st one running on the car. Didnt run too good but it ran.

Even then I dont think we ever saw that many carbs all together.

I’m interested in the shiny hand brake handle and the extra stanchion in photo number 3. What are you asking for those?

I’ll send you my contact info via PM.

Nice haul. It is always nice to have spares. I would be looking for a new place to live if my wife saw me bring all that stuff home.

In the first picture, what are the things that look like multi color electric lamps?

That Ford script rectangular cutout was used in 1919 - same year as our Centerdoor.

Gene, I thought the same thing for years until I drove one. You need to drive one too. My late wife and I thought we wanted one also. After that, we changed our minds.

First, there really is no elbow or shoulder room in one, ...and you must climb over the passenger front seat to access the drivers seat. The front passenger must climb across the seat also and stand on the floorboard as the seat hinges back. The glass inside of one of these bodies is much akin to a glass terrarium. And, these bodies are extremely heavy.

I decided if I were ever going to own one, I would re-wood it with a hardwood like Balsa where I could put this thing on a major diet. I would insulate it well and then put an air conditioner in it, and I would build a healthy horse for under the hood so I could pull the hills in one. Otherwise, these things are 'slugs' to drive.
