Victoria Garnish Paint Color
Restoring my 1931 Victoria. I have the interior garnish pieces but they need to be repainted. What are the paint colors for these garnish pieces and any tips to paint them.

Mahogany woodgrain. See Area 12 of the Restoration Guidelines book.

Re: Victoria Garnish Paint Color
They have great products!
However, a question arises about the actual pattern.... They offer a "Stippled Mahogany" plate in their kit specifically for the Model A, but they also offer a "Mahogany" plate. So I'm not clear if the RG/GS suggests one or the other... Many thanks for the help, I'm about to do the garnish mouldings on my 68C (flat firewall) and am hoping to get the Grain It kit soon, and I don't want to get it wrong. John |

Take a look and make your own assessment |
