Default 1938-39 Quarter to top post pads location?

Where are the two rubber “Quarter to Top Bow Pads” located on 38-39 convertible sedans? (Part number 78-744859)
I don’t see any pads like this (see photo) currently on my car…

As always, thank you in advance!
Steve

Behind the rear door, on the top irons, there should be a tack wood. Those pads mount to the bottom of the wood (or its sheetmetal cover) and help pad/seal the top to the quarter panel when the top is up.
