Default Vicky Question

I will meet a man tomorrow who has undertaken the
restoration of a 1931 Vicky. Unfortunately.... the car
came to him with almost no interior.
The front seats..... are the Vicky seats the same as
Any other model?
The back seat.... is this the same seat as any other model?

Any help.... tips.... leads... greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Gil. NoCal

I think Victoria seats interchange with the 400-A convertible sedan. Doors also. Scarce items.

The Victoria came with two styles of front seats. The early style, from introduction to about May ‘31 were, I believe, the same as the phaeton.
The later style seats are the same as the A400. There are probably differences with the seat frames and springs.
The rear seat is unique to the Victoria.

Seriously? I have a 1931 Victoria, and I never noticed a difference.

Well the early seats were the same size as a pair
The later seats had a wider drivers seat than the passenger.
Also the floor mounts are different between the early and late seats
Need to subscribe to the Vic assn newsletter The Bustle cheap and informative

I guess that would explain it. Mine is an early 1931. I do subscribe to the Bustle. It’s an interesting read.

The drivers seat was 18.5" wide for both the early and late (sliding) style. The passenger seat was 17" wide for both early and late. The early seats had a flap that covered the opening between the seat back and the seat cushion and the late sliding seat did not. First picture is of the early seat and the second is of the late seat.

My car has flaps in both seats. They tend to hide things that fall into them.
