Default ok I probably know the answer

I just got finished putting in new hydraulic hoses in my 1926. I bled the brakes and everything worked. Then I pushed on the pedal again and then I saw fluid coming out of the front drum brakes. I thought the bleeder screw or hose going to the wheel cylinder was loose. No such luck so I took the drums off and found the wheel cylinder had blown out. Some fluid got on the drum brakes. Here is my question do I need to replace the drum brakes? I know the answer is yes but I had to ask. The drum brakes didn't get saturated I pulled the drums off right after I saw fluid leaking.
Thanks
Jerry

Brakleen will clean mineral based oil from brake linings. Lacquer thinner will as well. Replace shoes or linings if they are excessively worn. Replace drums if they go too much over .060" over original specs.

Thank you for the response on brake shoe cleaning. The shoes are not worn at all the 1926 has for years. I wiped off the brake fluid that got on the shoes it didn't seem to penetrate the shoes. Can I clean them off with brake cleaner?
Thanks
Jerry
