Bruce, This is the car parked next to the 1939 Ford Deluxe Convertible.
It is a Canadian 1954 Monarch Sun Valley.

The 1940 Ford convertible did not have a rumble seat. The rear lever action shocks mounted under the frame rail. You need a repair manual. These are nice cars.
