Ordered a gas shut off last week. The old one was scored to badly for lapping
So the old coupe just sits until that shows up. Good thing my dad has a really nice truck he lets me drive.

Same here with exception of a family member having something I can drive.

Leaky throttle shafts on my carbs has me waiting for parts. Hopefully this will be the last gremlin for a while...

Bill, the new one will be here today, and have you been to the hardware store lately, they're not $4.99 anymore. For some reason brass fittings machined by children in 3rd world countries are very valuable now

Awesome truck. I stopped at the local hardware couple of weeks ago (small town) and they are pushing the "Think Local". 1/4 close nipple pipe fitting, over 3 bucks. Geeeez only 39 cents at Home Depot. Yes I won't forget Think Local.

Yes, I know what you mean!
I once saw an Adult, with a BIG box of hard candies, on a street in India. A group of poor grubby Kids were squatting around it, bagging the candy into cellophane bags--SAD
