Default PCV valve smokey?

Wee question from Scotland.

I have rebuilt the flathead in my 32 coupe, now 284 inch, compression is 135 each cylinder so not bad. PCV valve fitted and getting a bit smoke out the exhaust under hard accelaration / 5000rpm. I think this means the PCV valve is working with a dump out the inlet manifold. No smoking at idle so new valve seals seem ok.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks for looking.
